이 방침은 블링크애드(이하 「회사」)가 내부 업무 도구 「블링크애드 애즈 api」(이하 「앱」)를 통해 구글 API로 받은 정보를 어떻게 접근 · 이용 · 보관 · 공유하는지 설명합니다. 앱은 회사 직원만 사용합니다.
1. 접근하는 구글 사용자 데이터
- Google Ads: 회사가 광고주를 위해 관리하는 구글 애즈 계정의 캠페인 · 광고 · 키워드 · 예산 · 타겟팅 · 게재 위치 · 전환 설정, 성과 지표(노출 · 클릭 · 비용 · 전환), 변경 이력.
- Google Calendar: 앱에 접근을 허용한 회사 직원 계정의 캘린더와 일정.
- Google Forms · Google Drive: 회사 계정이 만든 설문지와 그 응답, 관련 드라이브 파일(고객 온보딩 자료 등).
2. 이용 목적
- 광고주에게 제공하는 광고 운영 보고서 작성과 계정 점검.
- 담당자가 명시적으로 승인한 경우에 한한 계정 설정 변경(예: 부적합 게재 위치 제외).
- 변경 이력 백업, 업무 일정 관리, 고객 온보딩 자료 관리.
회사는 구글 사용자 데이터를 광고 타겟팅에 쓰거나 판매하지 않으며, 위 목적 외의 용도로 사용하지 않습니다. 위 목적의 분석 · 보고서 작성을 돕기 위해 회사가 관리하는 AI 보조 도구로 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.
3. 보관
데이터와 인증 정보(토큰)는 회사가 관리하는 업무용 기기와 회사 계정의 저장소에 접근 권한을 제한해 보관합니다. 보고서 작성 · 운영 기록에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하고, 필요가 없어지거나 삭제 요청을 받으면 지웁니다.
4. 공유
회사는 구글 사용자 데이터를 제3자에게 판매하거나 넘기지 않습니다. 광고 계정 데이터는 해당 광고 계정의 주인인 광고주에게 보고서 형태로만 전달합니다. 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
5. 구글 API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책 준수
회사가 구글 API로 받은 정보를 이용하고 다른 앱으로 전송하는 것은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요구사항을 포함한 Google API Services User Data Policy를 따릅니다.
6. 접근 철회 · 삭제 요청 · 문의

블링크애드 애즈 api (BlinkAd Ads API) · Effective October 3, 2026
This policy explains how BlinkAd ("we") accesses, uses, stores, and shares information received from Google APIs through its internal tool 블링크애드 애즈 api ("the app"). The app is used only by BlinkAd staff.
1. Google user data we access
- Google Ads: campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, targeting, placements, conversion settings, performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions), and change history of the Google Ads accounts BlinkAd manages for its advertiser clients.
- Google Calendar: calendars and events of BlinkAd staff accounts that have authorized the app.
- Google Forms and Google Drive: forms created by BlinkAd accounts, their responses, and related Drive files (for example, client onboarding materials).
2. How we use it
- To prepare advertising reports for our advertiser clients and to review their accounts.
- To change account settings (for example, excluding unsuitable placements) only when a staff member explicitly approves the specific change.
- To back up change history, manage staff schedules, and manage client onboarding materials.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for ad targeting, or use it for any purpose other than those listed above. We may process the data with AI assistant tools under BlinkAd's control to help with the analyses and reports described above.
3. Storage
Data and OAuth tokens are stored on BlinkAd-managed work devices and BlinkAd account storage with restricted access. We keep data only as long as needed for reporting and operating records, and delete it when no longer needed or upon request.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties. Google Ads account data is shared only with the advertiser who owns that account, in the form of reports. Exceptions apply only where required by law.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
BlinkAd's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Revoking access, deletion requests, and contact
You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings. Send deletion requests and questions to seunggyeomlee@gmail.com.
